What is a reasonable vacation/sick day policy for a business owner?

Derrick G asked: When it is two weeks paid vacation, does that mean 14 whenever vacation days, along with thanksgiving, christmas, labor day, and the 4th of july? How do you handle sick days – are they counted as vacation days? Share & Enjoy :
